Replacement of your order:

Damaged Delivery

We shall send you a replacement piece if the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state. Please email us a picture at care@mysticbazaar.com.au of the product within 24 hours after delivery and refund/ replacement will be initiated on the same.

Incorrect Delivery

Incorrect delivery is defined – if your ordered product differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, colour or quantity, we would be happy to rectify the error, if possible. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours after you receive your product at care@mysticbazaar.com.au

Also, please note:

Any Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion and products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information shall not be returned or exchanged. The authorization to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Mystic Bazaar store. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state (original packaging, tags, additional accessories or attachments, if any, are packed with the product, there are no visible scratches or defects on the product surface and embellishment or sequins, if present, are not damaged or missing) and has been approved by us, we will proceed with the refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.

Disclaimer

Although every effort is made by our designers to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications, please keep into account minor variations considering the goods are handcrafted and there could be little variation due to different time period of making. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to these terms and conditions.
